Protecta was born from frustration. Two licensed advisors, tired of the transactional, pressure-driven insurance industry, decided to do it differently.
Our story
María and Gerardo spent years watching families struggle with insurance. After enrollment, clients were left on their own. Questions went unanswered. Claims got denied. No one was there to help.
In 2021, they decided to build something better. Protecta was founded on one belief: insurance should feel human, not corporate.
